Founder, ReUp LLC

I'm Oscar, the founder of ReUp.

I built this because my mom and dad run a coffee shop together and couldn't find an inventory tool that wasn't either too complicated or too corporate. Everything they tried felt like it was made for an operation that didn't match their actual scale or needs. So I built something else.

I built ReUp for the owner who is also the buyer, the floor staff, and the person checking stock at 10pm. The one running a real business without an ops team behind them.

If you're looking for a long-term partner, not just another subscription — I'm your guy.

FIG 0.7 FAQ

Straight answers before you sign up.

What is ReUp?

ReUp is inventory management software for small retail businesses. Import your sales history and ReUp learns how fast each product sells, sets reorder points, and drafts purchase orders before you run out of stock. You review and approve every order. Setup takes under an hour and the price is $75 a month, flat.

How does ReUp know when to reorder?

ReUp looks at your actual sales history, product by product, to work out how fast each item sells. It accounts for your supplier lead time and calculates the exact stock level at which an order needs to go out so the next shipment arrives before you run out. When a product hits that level, ReUp drafts the purchase order automatically and surfaces it for your approval.

Do I have to approve every purchase order?

Yes, always. ReUp drafts the order, but nothing gets sent until you sign off. Review the quantities, change anything, then approve. Most owners spend about 20 seconds per order.

Does ReUp work with Shopify?

Yes. ReUp imports your Shopify product catalogue and sales history today via CSV export, then drafts purchase orders for the products it sees. Native two-way Shopify sync is on the roadmap and is the next integration we are building, but Shopify merchants can already use the full ReUp workflow with the CSV path.

Does ReUp work with Square?

Square works the same way today. Export your sales history and product list from Square Dashboard, drop the CSV into ReUp, and the purchase-order workflow runs from there. A direct Square API connection is planned but not shipped.

Does ReUp work with WooCommerce?

WooCommerce stores can use ReUp via CSV export from the WooCommerce dashboard or from any plugin that exports orders. The full inventory and PO workflow is available today; native WooCommerce sync is on the roadmap behind Shopify and Square.

How much does ReUp cost?

ReUp is $75 per month, flat. No per-user fees, no setup costs, no per-SKU charges. Founding members lock that rate for as long as they keep their seat. Cancel any time.

How is ReUp different from managing inventory in a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet asks you to track stock by hand, calculate reorder points, and remember to check. ReUp watches your sales in real time, calculates when each product needs to be reordered, and writes the purchase order for you. You go from spending hours on inventory each week to spending about 20 seconds approving an order.

How long does setup take?

Import your product list and sales history via CSV — most businesses are done in under an hour. Confirm your suppliers and lead times, and ReUp starts calculating reorder points immediately.

Is ReUp only for retail stores?

ReUp works best for businesses that sell physical products and restock from suppliers: retail shops, specialty food stores, coffee shops, boutiques. If you have a vendor list and a stock count you wish you could trust, ReUp is built for you.

What is the difference between ReUp and Shopify Stocky?

Shopify Stocky was an inventory app built exclusively for Shopify merchants. It is shutting down on August 31, 2026. ReUp works with Shopify, Square, and WooCommerce via CSV import today, is not tied to one platform, and drafts purchase orders automatically on top of stock tracking. If you are moving off Stocky, ReUp is built to fill that gap.

What happens after I approve a purchase order?

ReUp sends the order to your supplier from your business address with a link to the full printable purchase order, a line-item breakdown, ship-to and payment terms, and a request for ship-date confirmation. Suppliers can reply directly to confirm receipt and ship date. You can watch which POs your suppliers replied to and which are overdue from the orders page.
